Login here to start your proposal.
(You can create a GANIL account on the login page if needed)
Choose a call of proposals
Calls of proposals are open until submission deadline.
Add the title and abstract
Your proposal is created.
The beam coordinator is informed by email of the creation.
Update Tabs information (Experimental area, devices, Beam-Time, ...) and
Add your "Physics motivation" pdf File
Add yours collobators
Check your proposal pdf file
You can update your proposal until the submission deadline.
All collaborators listed on your proposal must confirm they have read the proposal and have agreed to participate in the experiment.
They receive an email asking them to validate participation.
Submit your proposal before the deadline
Your proposal is submitted. You can not edit it anymore
Validity of your proposal is confirmed.
Your proposal is validated to be evaluated at the next PAC.
Your proposal has a number.
